Thank you, Brianna, for the Very Pink Knits tutorial tip on my last post! I am now happily Magic Looping and wondering how on earth I waited so many years before trying it out. Woot! This "Christmas" sweater that I started last summer might be finished by Spring!

Podcasts: BBC's The Conversation with Kim Chakanetsa, Business Shet with Mimi G (and everything Mimi G as usual), Levar Burton Reads, The Nod, and longtime faves While She Naps from Abby Glassenberg, and Snap Judgment. I love podcasts. CP and I have been talking about doing one for about seven years now. Maybe we should start.
Books: This Will Be My Undoing, by Morgan Jerkins; On the Come Up, by Angie Thomas, Six Stories and an Essay, by Andrea Levy (one of my favourite writers; she died recently, a lovely tribute here) and The Rock That Is Higher, Madeleine L'Engle for the gazillionth time.
Missing: Kate Haas' Miranda 'Zine. Back issues are still available, and I highly recommend them.
I love subway art. Planning next summer to visit all of the sites if I can. Always inspired by Faith Ringgold's subway mosaics at 125th St. Here are a few. What inspires you in your community?
